How we ship our products
Depending on numerous factors, we ship packages via courier service. We offer delivery all over India in cities covered by our courier partner, other places are covered by Indian Postal Service.
Our packaging system combines a reusable, seamless polystyrene sheet with corrugated plastic boxes.

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
We ship our orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation with an exception of no dispatch on Sunday and other holidays.
As soon as your product is shipped, you would be intimated with a mail stating your Order Number.
We ship all our orders through reputed courier service. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive the same within 24 hrs from the stipulated dispatch time please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
We will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. As of now, we would not be able to guarantee a specified delivery date.
If you fail to collect a parcel or rearrange delivery of your parcel after a failed delivery attempt, the parcel is returned to us by the courier company. You would be liable to pay 30% of the order value if you want us to resend the parcel back to you. This extra 30% cost is for repackaging of the parcel that may be essential for couriering it the second time along with courier charges.
We shall also not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, which causes shall include without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of buyer or civil or military authorities, fire, strikes, epidemics, quarantine restriction, floods, earthquakes, riot, war, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labour materials or supplies.
In the event of any delay, the contractual date of delivery, if any, shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost as a consequence of such delay without penalty to carnoustieresorts.com
Shipping Loss/Damage and Return Policy
In case the order is considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period has elapsed we shall at our discretion refund or resend the order.
In the event of shipping damage or loss, Buyer must contact carnoustieresorts.com within 48 hours. He/ she should lodge a complaint with [email protected] stating the damage in the parcel.
After validating your return request we will send you an email authorizing the return with the return shipping address. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
The buyer must send us the product back in our original packaging and the product should not have been consumed other than what is reasonable to establish the quality of the product.
Once the product reaches us, our team would inspect the damaged product and the customer has a choice of money refund or replacement of order.
We do not accept any returns if the refund request is launched after 2 days of delivery of the order or if the parcel does not reach us in the stipulated period of 10 days.
In case of refund, you would be eligible for a refund of the amount worth the original order value. This would be refunded within 12 days from the day we confirm your refund value. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order and you would be intimated via an e-mail about the return.
In case the buyer chooses the option of order replacement, the new replaced product would be shipped immediately after inspection of damaged product received.
